IN SERVICE OF EMOTION
Born in Italy, Michelin-starred Chef Francesco Fezza first trained in his home country’s cuisine at the starred restaurants Le Trabe* and I Portici*. In 2016, he moved to Paris, where he joined the kitchens of Le Patio Opéra, and later, the renowned Meurice Alain Ducasse.
It was alongside Japanese chef Ryuji Teshima that he discovered and honed his skills in Japanese gastronomy. Since March, he has brought his talent and passion to Mareluna, offering a cuisine full of authenticity, creativity, and a sincere desire to please. A vision that has earned him a Michelin star today.
