CHIEF NICOLAS BOUCHER
Passionate about his profession, Chef Nicolas
Boucher cut his teeth at Fouquet’s
Paris before moving to the south of
France and joining Chef
Sinicropi’s kitchens at the Hotel Martinez. In March 2015, he
joined the team of Chef Nicolas ROndelli
at Antibes Beauch Hôtel’s Les Pêcheurs du Cap
restaurant as Assistant Chef
. Since 2022, he has been in charge of the menu at La
Plage Blanche, before becoming Executive Chef
at Château de Théoule.
